History

In 1983, CIT was established as an organization operated by GSIT alumni.
On August 1, 2006, it was reorganized as a subsidiary institution under HUFS’s Foreign Language Business Division.
In 2014, its affiliation was shifted to the Office of Business Support to provide more specialized language services, including literary translation.
Currently, CIT has positioned itself as Korea’s leading institution of its kind by meeting the needs of clients with impeccable, consistent service quality.
As the nation’s preeminent language service provider, CIT will continue to innovate by utilizing AI technology, represent leading professional interpreters and translators, and contribute to future society and national development.
