- If the audio quality of a foreign-language video is poor or a native speaker's transcription is required, an additional fee of KRW 10,000 per minute will be applied.
- For express translation, a surcharge of up to 50% of the standard rate will be applied.
- All translations are proofread by a native speaker of the target language.
- Documents for proofreading that were not translated through HUFSCIT will be charged at the relevant translation rate, not the proofreading rate.
- Retail customers are required to pay the full translation fee in advance.
- A minimum translation fee of KRW 100,000 (excluding VAT) will be applied to translation projects with a limited word/character count.
- If a translation order is canceled after placement, a cancellation fee of 100% of the translation fee will be applied. However, for orders placed more than 7 days before the delivery deadline, if the cancellation request is made by the day after the order is placed, a cancellation fee of 50% of the translation cost will be applied.
